The hotel was very nice and the 65" flat screen TV in our room was impressive. But what we loved most about this hotel was its restaurant. The food and the service was exceptional and it made our overnight stop a pleasure.

Overall, a good experience. The restaurant staff was amazing, as well as, the food. Very convenient to get to the interstate and was a quick trip back from the wedding festivities that we were in town for.

The staff members were all very nice! From the front desk staff, staff at the two restaurants and staff at the spa! Was a great time at the Hilton Hotel & Spa Short Pump VA! I will definitely visit again! The buffet was very good on Saturday and Sunday! 😊

I loved the location. We got there and walked to go out to eat less than 5 minutes away and walked back after dinner. It was so clean and also the complimentary breakfast was so big I couldn't even eat it all.

Everything about the hotel & room were excellent. Clean, comfortable, convenient location, staff was very friendly. The restraunt on site was nice, with lots of off site options as well within walking distance. I probably won't be in the area again in the future but if I were I'd love to stay here again. One of the very few rooms I've ever had a good night's sleep in.

The entire resort is neat and I like how they put more effort in safety and security. It’s like they’re not watching but they’re, there’s cameras everywhere!

I especially liked the late check out option for members. As well as the pool and hot tub not being overly crowded and spacious for everyone to still have privacy.

I didn't purchase the breakfast since it was $15 extra and I didn't see listed anywhere what was provided.

Service and food was good. Atmosphere was depressing. Colors not soothing and table settings dull. White tableclothes would make a big difference. Restaurant too big for little customers.
